Unmoderated caucuses? Setting the agenda? Point of order? If you know what I’m talking about, then you must have had a flashback of the good times. If you don’t, however, then you’re in the right place! These were the topics of the first MUN Delegation session on Wednesday the 30th of September. Thanks to the two head delegates, we had the chance to immerse ourselves in the world of MUN as we learned about the rules of procedure of MUN conferences. In order to be ready for any future conferences, we were introduced to our role as future delegates, in which we will represent the country we are assigned in the best way possible and similarly to actual UN conferences. We learned about all the dos and don’ts, we were given examples and we even had a chance to do a simulation of the most important moments we will face as representatives of a country. We got one step closer to being ready to face the real world of MUN. Would you like to learn more about what happens in the following sessions? Stay tuned for next week’s update!
